Proposals and scope
A form submission is an enquiry, not a booking or contract. We agree the deliverables, dates, pricing, approval process and responsibilities in writing before work starts. Additional work requires an agreed change of scope.
Fees and advertising spend
Published starting fees are in NZD and exclude GST where applicable. International proposals confirm currency and tax treatment. Media spend is separate from service fees and is subject to your approval. Production, travel, studio hire, domains, hosting and external services are included only when listed in your proposal.
Monthly services
Monthly services are invoiced in advance and renew monthly. The agreement sets notice periods, committed production costs and what happens to scheduled work on cancellation. A suggested 90-day evaluation period is not itself a minimum contract term.
Approvals and accuracy
You provide accurate information, the required permissions and timely approvals. For real estate materials, you confirm agency branding requirements, property information and required disclosures. Publishing is based on the approved materials; significant changes may affect timing or cost.
Accounts and intellectual property
Your business retains control of its accounts, subject to any existing agency or platform arrangements. We use authorised management access. Rights to final paid assets, working files, third-party materials and business use of photographs are set out in the agreement. We request permission before using client work in our own portfolio.
Advertising outcomes
Advertising and content services do not guarantee a number of leads, listings, appointments, sales or a financial return. Results are affected by the market, offer, budget, platform conditions and client follow-up. Reporting distinguishes activity from business outcomes where that information is available.
Photography and websites
Session location, selection, retouching, delivery timing and rescheduling are confirmed in the booking. Website proposals define pages, integrations, enquiry handling, ongoing costs and maintenance. Visuals marked illustrative are not client work or representations of a supplied property.
Business and specialist responsibilities
You remain responsible for your products, prices, customer suitability, sales decisions, fulfilment and after-sales service. Market research and marketing implementation do not replace legal, tax, customs, certification or other specialist advice. Required local and language-specific review is agreed in scope.
Real estate responsibilities
Our agreed marketing work supports the licensed agent. Appraisals, property appointments, buyer or seller advice, negotiations and transaction work remain with the agent. Any expansion of marketing scope is reviewed against the applicable requirements.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this overview is intended to remove statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final service agreement should be read with your accepted proposal.
