What to prepare before a property campaign

A clear brief prevents avoidable delays and makes the campaign easier to evaluate. Gather the essentials before booking your launch date.

1. Use approved property information

Provide the live listing URL, accurate features and the current approved price or sale method. Confirm the agency identity and any required disclosure wording with your agency.

2. Check your media rights

Confirm that the images and video can be used for paid social advertising. Send suitable original files rather than screenshots, and identify the best features to show.

3. Confirm the viewing details

Verify the address, date, time and any booking requirement. Tell us how late changes will be communicated and who can approve updated ads.

4. Set the objective and budget

Choose whether the campaign aims for listing-page visits, enquiries or promotion of a viewing. Agree the media limit, campaign dates and separate service fee.

5. Plan follow-up and reporting

Assign someone to respond to enquiries. Ask visitors where they first heard about the property, recognising that people may have seen it in more than one place. Share valid enquiries and viewing feedback after the campaign.

Give your next step a clear direction.

Tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and what you need to improve. We will help define a focused starting point.
