COMMON QUESTIONS
The details, before you decide.
Understand what is included, what you need to provide and how the work is managed.
Who do you work with?
Ecommerce brands, B2B suppliers, professional services and local businesses. Real estate agents have a dedicated collection. We start with a clear offer, realistic resources and a person who can approve work and respond to customers.
Do clients need to be based in New Zealand or speak Chinese?
No. Digital projects can be delivered remotely across markets. English and Mandarin communication are available. Each proposal names the target markets and content languages. Photography is arranged in Auckland.
What should I start with?
If the main issue is unclear, a paid business and marketing review is a useful starting point. For a defined need, such as a page or portrait session, we can quote the project directly. Monthly work follows an agreed, workable scope.
Can you deliver the work as well as advise?
Yes. We can implement agreed website, advertising, content and enquiry-workflow work. The proposal identifies deliverables, specialist support, responsibilities and exclusions.
Which platforms can you support?
Core work includes Meta, Google Ads, websites and SEO. TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and marketplace content can be considered where relevant. Added platforms and full marketplace operations are scoped separately.
Do you guarantee orders, leads, rankings or ROAS?
No. We commit to the agreed work, budget controls and reporting. Results also depend on the offer, pricing, market, customer response and fulfilment. Platform activity and business outcomes are reported separately.
How is pricing decided?
Reviews have a defined fee, projects are quoted for their deliverables and continuing support is scoped monthly. Markets, languages, pages, channels, original production and coordination affect the fee.
Is advertising spend included?
Media spend is separate unless expressly included. You approve the spending limit and normally pay the platform through your own account. Production, software and service fees are itemised separately.
Which currency will you quote in?
Published starting fees are in NZD, excluding GST where applicable. International proposals confirm billing currency, tax treatment, payment schedule and third-party charges before acceptance.
Who owns my website and advertising accounts?
Your business retains account control. We use authorised access and agree ownership and handover of paid deliverables in writing. Working files, third-party licenses and subscriptions are addressed in the proposal.
Can you use our existing store, site and content?
Yes. We review the setup before recommending a rebuild. Existing Shopify or WordPress sites and approved product materials may be part of the project. Compatibility and missing assets are confirmed before work starts.
What does localisation include?
We define the audience, content language and editorial review. English and Mandarin planning are available. Additional language or subject-specialist review is agreed for the particular project.
What do you need from our team?
Accurate information, authorised assets and access, one decision-maker, consolidated approvals and someone to handle customers. Sales feedback and available margin information help evaluate the work.
Will you answer enquiries or close sales?
Standard work helps set up the enquiry path and organise follow-up. Your staff handle customer conversations, quotes, appointments and sales. Daily message handling requires a separate agreement.
How long does a project take?
A focused review is generally planned over one to two weeks once information is ready. Other projects have their own milestones. Access, asset preparation, approvals and integrations affect the delivery date.
Do you offer photography?
Yes. Auckland portrait sessions start from NZ$390 for 45 minutes and eight selected retouched images. Team sessions and further production are scoped separately. Studio hire, special locations and extra travel may add costs.
How does ongoing support renew or end?
The agreement defines renewal, notice, committed costs and handover. Monthly work is usually invoiced in advance. A suggested evaluation period does not replace written cancellation terms.
