PERSONAL BRAND

A practical content plan for real estate agents

A useful profile helps a potential client understand your expertise and your way of working. Use a repeatable mix of real stories and practical information.

1. Start with a clear local focus

Write down the suburbs you genuinely work in, the kinds of properties you know and the questions clients regularly ask. These are the source of a credible content plan.

2. Build an eight-item monthly rhythm

Plan two useful seller-advice posts, two local or transaction insights, two personal or client-experience posts, and two short videos. Adapt the mix to the actual material available rather than filling spaces with generic claims.

3. Make your experience specific

Explain a decision you helped a client make, a common preparation issue or a question that comes up at viewings. Use only authorised case details and client feedback.

4. Keep a route to contact

Ensure your profile clearly shows your area, role, agency and contact route. Suitable posts can invite a conversation or an appraisal appointment, without making every post a sales pitch.

5. Review what led to a conversation

Look at profile visits, enquiries and appointment feedback alongside engagement. Save the questions people ask; they often become the next useful piece of content.

Give your next step a clear direction.

Tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and what you need to improve. We will help define a focused starting point.
