Multiple agents, team photography or a wider campaign scope
Monthly content includes one consolidated approval round. Cross-posting the same item to Facebook and Instagram counts as one item. Standard plans use supplied images and video footage. Daily inbox management, advanced filming and property campaigns are outside the monthly scope.
Agree the work before we start.
Media spend stays separate
For an initial agent campaign, $600–900 per month is a planning allowance. A focused property campaign may start with $200–400. We confirm spending limits in writing; these allowances do not forecast results.
Monthly support, reviewed regularly
Monthly services are invoiced in advance. We recommend reviewing progress across 90 days, with a monthly check-in. Notice periods, approvals and asset delivery are defined in your service agreement.
What do the monthly prices include?
The plan covers the content and ad-management scope shown on the pricing page. Paid advertising spend is additional. On-location filming, photography and property campaigns are separate unless your written proposal includes them.
How much should I spend on advertising?
For an initial personal campaign, $600–900 per month is a planning starting point. We confirm the budget around your area, objective and available content. This is not a promise of a specific number of enquiries.
Do you guarantee leads, listings or sales?
No. We agree the work, media budget and reporting measures. Market conditions, your offer and your follow-up all affect the outcome. We track progress and make informed changes.
How many posts are included?
Brand Essentials includes four graphic posts and one edited short video each month. Brand Growth includes six graphic posts and two edited short videos. Publishing the same item to both Facebook and Instagram counts as one content item.
How do monthly plans renew?
Monthly work is invoiced in advance and renews monthly. We suggest a 90-day evaluation period, with a monthly check-in. Cancellation, notice, asset delivery and any committed production costs are set out in the written service agreement.
Need a different combination?
We can scope a portrait session, a team launch or a wider digital marketing plan around the work you actually need.
